My Approach
When it comes to treatment ...
I use a number of modalities in my work including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, compassion-focused, and attachment-informed approaches. My philosophy is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to psychotherapy and I work with my clients to decide on an approach that will work well for them.

Treatment tends to proceed more efficiently when clients work to apply skills from session to their day-to-day life and I work with my clients to determine the best way to accomplish this task.

Effective psychologists both provide empathy and comfort as well as challenge their clients to learn and grow. My clients can count on both approaches from our work together.
